[It briefly reminds Kise of the flea market. He doesn't say that though. He only looks around, pushes the hair out of his face and cranks up the smile to 100. Someone plans to charm his way into very, VERY low prices.]

The first booth they go by seems to be mostly old furniture, which Midorima isn't really looking for, so he glances at Kise to see if he needs anything and moves on to the next one without perusing beyond a glance. He'll stop if Kise wants to look, though. ]
[No, Kise's not interested in furniture at all, so unless Midorima wanted it he wasn't going to stop by it. Few booths down, though, he spots all kinds of hanging ornaments, like those you can use for Christmas celebrations. He has no doubts Midorima will carry one around even if it is not the holiday.
He gives Midorima a nudge to stay back a little whilst he skips off to the booth, beaming like a sunshine model he is and making the woman behind the counter almost faint ("You are from that wedding commercial!"). It takes about five minutes of back and forth- he took a selfie with the woman- and he comes back to Midorima with all kinds of decorations for house. Literally. Half of the bag, a golden(looking) star being the biggest item.]
[ Midorima's haggling is much less.. pleasant. It involves arguing and demanding and sudden claims that his sister is studying abroad and he wants to get her a tearful goodbye present.
What Kise did took so much less time? Should he be dragging Kise along regularly? ]
[Kise doesn't boast that he's popular... but he's popular. Especially after that wedding commercial that he did, that he practiced the ballroom dances for. He nudges Midorima to keep walking, smiling as he waves to the woman.]
