[This one is not as flattering as Kise would want, since looked up in confusion and with half of the plastic spoon in his mouth from eating the treat that's in his hands.

But it's still oddly cute.

[ That's actually why Midorima is saving the picture for himself. It's not Kise's sparkling model face, it's candid Kise. He likes candid Kise. ]

If I hadn't learned anything from years of practice, I'd be ashamed.

[ That is to say, he's an expert at this. ]

[He should take more pictures of candid Kise then. He won't tell Midorima to delete them, just complain how fussy or out of order he looks.]

That's completely true. [He finishes off his shaved ice while it's still ice, it's no fun when it melts, and tosses the cup in the nearest bin.]

What do you wanna do? When you're done with food, of course!

[ It's rare he has a good excuse to take them, unfortunately. He's not going to admit he likes them willingly, after all.

Midorima finishes his at about the same time, then sticks his tongue out at Kise. Not because he's being a little shit, though. ]

Is it stained?

[ He wants to brush his teeth if it is.. ]

[Where are you going to brush teeth in the middle of the city!?

Kise doesn't know that though, but is surprised a bit at the question. He shakes his head,] Nah, not really.

You asked for strawberry. [So his tongue is just red like it normally is. He's going to hide urge to kiss him behind a smile.]

[ That was the plan. He likes strawberry, but it's also.. less likely to stain his tongue. It'd be embarrassing if it was blue or something. ]

I'll brush them later then.

[ No other explanation. But that means that isn't their next activity. ]

I want to play the fish scooping game.

[ Midorima is ridiculously good at that. It's his turn to show off. ]

Right! You said you were good at that!

[Kise clapped his hands and then started looking around. There's a frown on his face when he doesn't see it in this street.]

Hmmm, I wonder where the stall is. I actually didn't see one. Let's go look around.

[ Midorima hadn't seen it either, so he nods in agreement, holding his pillow out to Kise for him to carry. ]

Take this. Let's go.

[ Literally he just wants Kise to carry it for him. ]

Huh?

[Kise blinks at looks down at the pillow that was given to him, shrugs and hugs it with both of his hands as he follows after Midorima. If it were any other lucky item, he'd probably complain. But he likes pillows.]

We should check the second street.

[ Yes, but now Kise has proved he is willing. Which means Midorima can use him to carry things in the future as far as he's concerned. ]

You haven't looked there yet?

[ He's heading that way. ]

[No, he won't. Well probably sometimes, but not all the time. He won't carry anything weird. And if it becomes a habit, Kise's bringing bag with him to put it in.]

I just passed through, I didn't really look.

[He beelined for the shooting stalls.]

[ That's totally fine. Takao brings the rearcar to help him carry large items sometimes. Kise can also bring Takao to carry things if he wants. Midorima won't complain so long as the lucky item is in tact and in range. ]

What is the point of attending a festival if you don't take your time?

[Rearcar goes under one of those things Kise won't interact. Aside from not wanting to torture Takao to drive, it seriously is a bit embarrassing when everything here is hyper-advanced, and that's coming from a guy that's not that easily embarrassed.]

[ He didn't know Kise was so into shooting. ]

The chest caught my attention! I think it's awesome, like a pirate's chest! And then you put jewelry in it and it IS pirate's chest with treasure!

[And then he got distracted and started chatting with the booth attendant. But out of all festival games, that's probably the only one he's decent at.]

Unless you're planning on plundering it, it's not a pirate's anything. It's just a jewelry box.

[ Kise you aren't a pirate.. ]

Well, we could make a game and someone COULD try to plunder it! A hide and seek, but with pirate's chest!

Why would someone do that?

[ It's fine just as a jewelry box to him... ]

[Kise shrugs-]

It could be a fun game. Like one hides the box, makes a "map" of where the box is and then the others try to find it. Treasure hunt!

[It's a perfect jewelry box to him too but since they are on the topic of pirates and plundering.]

That sounds like a game children would enjoy.

[ It's actually pretty impressive. It definitely doesn't really matter right now, but he can't help but think that Kise would be good with kids. ]

I think everybody would play it- you'd just have to adjust the prizes.

[Yeah, he probably would be good with them, as he's sometimes very much child at heart.]

Oh! There's the stall! [With fish scooping!]

What prize would you offer?

[ His eyes follow Kise's and then he heads toward the fish scooping, asking for some paper nets. ]

Choose a water yo-yo or a fish.

[ They have water yo-yos as prizes for the people who don't want a pet fish. EIther way, he's getting Kise something in exchange for the prizes Kise got him. ..But he also just wants to play the game and be impressive at it. ]

Money is always a good prize. Or some gadget. Again, depends on what participants are into.

[He follows up next to Midorima as they approach the vendor. What does he want...? Water yo-yo is cool but goldfish is more... personal?]

Goldfish! I buy it a cute, little aquarium. And keep it in the living room.

[ Midorima kneels down next to the tank and looks around for a moment after he says he wants one. He's deciding which one to get him, and when he spots one like this he thinks it's a good one to get him. He's pretty sure these are expensive in Japan, though there are a couple in here so maybe they're more common in Prisma. Or maybe they're just lucky to find something similar to a Tosakin. Who knows. Either way, it's a little baby one so it should last for a while.

And he gets it in one fell swoop, of course. Midorima is really good at this game. ]

[Kise greets the vendor attendant and then stands a bit to the side to watch as Midorima kneels down to get ready to scoop the fish. There are so many of them too, and he wonders after which one will Midorima go after.

And true to his word, he gets. In one move too! The attendant looks disgruntled as he readies little bag with water for it but Kise looks elated.]
