Well, there's this online pianist who does a lot of covers of pop music. Her renditions are nice to listen to.

[ He goes over to the kitchen table and grabs two chairs and carries them over for he and Weiss. If they're gonna be here for a while they might as well sit down. ]

[ She thought making chocolate was supposed to be exciting?? Ah well. She sits down once Midorima gives her a chair. ]

What if I use my ice magic on it?

It only needs to go a couple of degrees down. Can you control it to that extent?

That depends. I suppose I can, but how do we find out?

[ Weiss will have to touch the pot, though. But at least with her cold hands, it shouldn't be a problem. ]

[ She feels nothing when she touches the pot, but it does make everything in it cool quickly. ]

[ The problem with doing that and why you can't just blanche the chocolate is that it freezes very unevenly because the metal bowl's temperature drops much faster than the whole of the chocolate... So with Midorima taking the temperature in the middle, the outside is definitely cooler than the inside... He has no idea how that looks though so it's probably fine? (their chocolate is gonna solidify weirdly unevenly once they get to that point.) ]
