[ Midorima takes this very seriously, so yes, it is like an undercover mission. As they approach, it's clearly a temporary set up at a local park. Canopies and tables and hologram flyers and posters everywhere. It's very busy, and there's all kinds of stuff and people. ]

The first booth they go by seems to be mostly old furniture, which Midorima isn't really looking for, so he glances at Kise to see if he needs anything and moves on to the next one without perusing beyond a glance. He'll stop if Kise wants to look, though. ]

Few booths down, though, he spots all kinds of hanging ornaments, like those you can use for Christmas celebrations. He has no doubts Midorima will carry one around even if it is not the holiday.
He gives Midorima a nudge to stay back a little whilst he skips off to the booth, beaming like a sunshine model he is and making the woman behind the counter almost faint ("You are from that wedding commercial!"). It takes about five minutes of back and forth- he took a selfie with the woman- and he comes back to Midorima with all kinds of decorations for house. Literally. Half of the bag, a golden(looking) star being the biggest item.]

[Kise doesn't boast that he's popular... but he's popular. Especially after that wedding commercial that he did, that he practiced the ballroom dances for. He nudges Midorima to keep walking, smiling as he waves to the woman.]

Midorima's pretty sure he lost any inclination to consider it from how much the moons messed with his life, he realized he was okay with either after he was already into people... but either way, he just thinks that's an odd thing to think out if it just came down to being popular and nice.

It's Valentine's Day, so we can try to make chocolate together once you're settled. I brought the ingredients for a recipe.
