[ Kise is saved today from poorly made instant onion soup, then. Midorima is stocking up on healthy snacks himself, like edamame and rice cakes and mixed nuts and dried fruits and some eggs too, in case he wants to make tamagokakegohan since he already has rice in the rice cooker while he's gone. It's a stupid amount of snacks but it'll last him for a while. He does also get chocolate-dipped strawberries (and enough for Kise to have one or two too) on the way home.

He doesn't respond, and instead just goes to head home. When Kise gets there, he may notice Merlin walking around with a raspberry donut squeeze toy. Merlin has to stick around because that is his lucky item and Midorima can't get it back from him... ]
