He wanted fo lift Atlas up higher in the skies, leaving Mantle—one of the Kingdom's territories—behind. He said it's for the good of the people, but it's also leaving so many people behind... and preventing the world from being united.

We were against it, so he had the Ace Operatives corner us in his office to apprehend us, branding us as criminals for committing treason. We fought our way out.
